Rasan Contracting Company was established in 1997 as a construction contracting company in the city of Erbil – Iraq , although its actual activities had started more than ten years before that date. During this period, the company implemented many projects in the field of roads, infrastructure, residential buildings and high-rise buildings. Then came the year 2007 to embark on the company’s first investment projects to build housing for low-income employees, namely the two projects called (Engineering Group Project and Ainda Project), which succeeded resoundingly. After then, the company embarked on its expansion vertically and horizontally, taking upon itself the implementation of a group of distinguished housing projects in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and started to establish other companies and specialized factories to cover the company’s growing need for material and human resources.
