Established in 1997 as a construction contracting company
Established in 1997 as a construction contracting company, Rasan was officially transformed into a group of companies in 2008 in order to keep pace with the development in its activities to become an organization covering a variety of services and includes nearly 200 employees with a proven track record in completing more than 250 construction, industrial and commercial projects. The Group operates across three main sectors: The Construction & Contracting sector including Investment in residential projects, The industrial Sector, and The Commercial Sector, which includes high-quality building materials and furniture in addition to all interior design services.
This diversification strategy has enabled the Rasan Group to create a comprehensive ecosystem of complementary businesses serving different market needs.

In the residential sector, Rasan Group has implemented several important projects, including Mamoustyan City in Erbil (2200 units, $144 million), Mamoustyan City Project in Sulaymaniyah (2018 housing units, 116 million), projects Beheshti Kalar (2060 units, $118 million), Rasan Towers (684 units, $80 million), 101 Complex Twin Towers, Kirkuk Towers, Iynda I and Iynda II, Hawler City, Light City, Ghulan City and Azadi City in addition to direct and indirect contribution to investment and residential projects in Dohuk and Kirkuk. This vast number of residential and investment projects during the period between 2008 and 2024 indicates the Group’s ability to work and achieve in difficult circumstances and known challenges, which has enhanced the Group’s experience, confidence, reputation and ability to implement large-scale housing projects that contribute to urban development in Iraq.
On the industrial side, Real Panel for the manufacture of sandwich panels and Rasan Steel factory are a strong industrial backers that supports the Group with financial resources and engineering flexibility to equip the projects of contracting companies with the required metal sections.
The commercial side covers the luxury finishing and construction accessories sector through Accessuar Design and Zebrano.
All these activities are conducted under the supervision and close follow-up of the company’s engineering, administrative and financial professional teams, along with the Groups consulting arm represented by Rewas Project Management Company.
The Group’s management structure is headed by the Chair of the Board of Directors, Mr. Masoud Taher Rozbiani, assisted by Vice Chairmen specializing in various fields: investment projects, industry and trade, and business development.
This management structure has enabled the Group to maintain a strategic focus while expanding into new market segments.
